Antigua Plumbing and Hardware

Sales clerk was on cell phone convo discussing her childs father with her friend.i went to purchase lumber and she wanted me to go outside to the warehouse to ask if the lumber that i wanted to purchase was available after i stood in a line for almost 20min.

They do not only sell plumbing supplies, but the departments range through hardware, tools & equipment, windows, tiles and a home decor department that is a whole store. They also offer garden supplies and glass window replacements.

Saturdays are their most busiest day. If you're in a hurry to get in and out, it may take some time. However, they have more cashiers now that they remodel the store layout.

Bright, tidy store, aisles are signed. Not many staff on the floor however so took time to locate what we were looking for.

Prices are not bad here but I had to literally hide and seek with an employee to get some help. He pretended he didn't see me but we laughed it off. This was one of my good mood days and it was near closing time so I gave him a pass.

Beautifully modernized air conditioning store, clean and extremely friendly and efficient service.

Excellent. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Unlike the competition down the road. I will always go here first from now on.

This store has nearly everything you can wish for in a hardware department. Very reasonably prices. The cashier staff need to be more accommodating to make it 5 stars.

To shop local, and get supplies at a reasonable price. This is my go to spot. I do prefer to use cash here.

Hardware store that’s has got most of the goods you need, prices are cheaper than others, staffs there are very helpful and nice, services are slow.

Antigua Plumbing and Hardware is located on the Independence Avenue in the vicinity of the Mount St. John Medical Centre and the Robinson Service Centre among others. The distinctive bright burgundy building with an event space on the upper floor is a popular plumbing, Lumber and Hardware Store on the Island. Complete houses and other buildings can be constructed and outfitted from this establishment alone.

The recently renovated and upgraded facilities is for me a good place to purchase those hardware items, I have done price comparisons (albeit not extensive) and found to have had the best price on that particular item. The customer service is quite good and the shelves are thoughtfully laid out (comes from years being in business no doubt). The overall shopping experience was pleasant and I shall definitely return when I am in the market for Hardware items.

All in all Antigua Plumbing and Hardware should be on the list (no pun intended, well maybe a little) for those in the construction or home renovation field.
