My experiencia with miss Southwell was very lonely she was friendly courtious and a People person I would recomend her to anyone
Good customer service from the staff of Apua but the security at the entrance hv no respect the one in the blue polo T-shirt
The staff at APUA are very professional and excellent at assisting everyone. All covid prevention protocols are taken in the institution as well. Some days are busy but you're guaranteed great service.
Since the pandemic the lines are always long outside. The staffs have their days when it moves fast and go slow. However the customer service is good. Internet service is 3/5
I had a very good experience at APUA as I interacted with the customer service to apply for a change of voltage. Very professional representative.
Long lines customers waiting to long on the outside needs more rep even though it's covid19 they could move faster
The counters were sanitized after every customer. I was in and out of there in no time. Definitely a great idea to avoid the crowd by going earlier in the month, if you prefer paying in person
My visit to APUA Head Office was a five star experience.
The entire process took less than 20 minutes from the time that i joined the back of the outside line on Independence Avenue to the time that i exited the building and was on my way.
The cashier was professional and polite while processing my utility bills in record quick time.
The security ensured that the customers were observing: proper social distancing, wearing face mask, applying hand sanitizer as each customer entered the building and even suggested that i sit for a few minute before i joined the inside line to pay my bills.
I guess for a change I did not have to wait in a long line and as the cashiers are always pleasant and helpful
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which I was able to obtain the information I needed.
Staff is courteous and professional but there is a definite need for more tellers. Average time spent in the line to pay is too long. More tellers please!
