Ok. Not happy with the variety of meat. Don't always like to go to the back and ask for the meat and cuts that I want. Otherwise ok, supermarket.

I enjoy shopping at Chase. The prices are still affordable although cost of living has increased. Your customers net will continue to get wider.

They have good variety and better prices than most supermarkets. They've got the best supermarket reward points system in the country. And you can get a great tasting lunch with good options.

Greta variety of produce. Parking is the only downfall. Not enough parking spaces and the exit driveway is on a terribly steep slope so most persons (especially if you have a lowered vehicle) exit through the entrance.

Reasonably priced groceries in the supermarket, fresh produce loacl and imported, meats are a bit cheaper that most other supermarkets. There is adequate parking, however due to the popularity of the supermarket and it's location, parking can be a bit of a hassle on busy days. They have a high staff turnover ratio however the staff is always quite friendly and helpful which speaks to a culture of good customer service.

I really like how they display their products and lighting. The parking can be a challenge and there isn't a single ATM.

My last experience was actually good, I used the drive thru and the staff were actually pleasant

While the location is convenient, and you can get some nice produce on certain days, the customer service is something to watch out for, Chase has been not only mine, but my family's and friends go to supermarket, however, on more than two occasions, including today I encountered some BAD customer service, even worse it was from a supervisor. I'VE HAD IT, and it is sad to say that I will NOT be returning and will not be recommending to anyone else ever again.

Parking is very limited at times. You have to stake out a spot. Lol. Other than that they have a wide variety of food supplies ranging from high-quality to affordable brands. There is also the convenience of purchasing hot lunches as well.

Nice clean store had exactly what I needed and the lines weren't long for the cashier.

Always forget to ask that particular bag packer his name. You're always looking out for me, soon as I enter the door. He says to me, Box or bag.

Chase is my favorite supermarket from the very first day of opening until now I feel very comfortable shopping at chase you can get almost everything at chase the manager and staff are very helpful and kind.

Based on what I've heard about prices in Antigua, this place seems reasonable to me. The selections were good and had no problem getting a parking spot.

Refuse to take food orders online because some other people have ordered and left food so they assume all persons will do the same.

Convenient grocery supermarket and whole sale distributer, with a wide range of grocery items. But the prices seems to be chasing our wallet. I seems the prices keep rising every week

Fully stocked supermarket. Great location but lacking enough parking space. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can find just about everything you need for your home here.

I've been shopping at chase for years and I must say it's the first time I've actually left smiling due to the customer service the cashier this evening Jinelle J keep up the good work.

Last visit was ok, prices were also ok, however, cashiers need to be mindful that customers pay their salaries which means courtesy and good customer service goes a long way. Remember, it takes a while to get customers but you can lose them in seconds. Treat them well and they'll stay.
