18 It’s nowhere written and they don’t tell you that you have to pay 20 EC$ extra for the SIM card itself. It was only at payment when they mentioned a higher price than it should be. So in total I paid 48+20=68 EC$ for what’s supposed to be 8.5 GB for 7 days. When I call *120#, it said 14 GB data plus 8.5 GB bonus data. I wonder what’s true now as I didn’t use up the 8.5 GB. Maybe it could be more cost efficient to take just the SIM card and activate packages through the MyDigicel app. Someone should try :)
Internet reception was pretty good throughout the island.
Edit: What’s more in the app it says I have 50 international minutes even though the flyer in the shop says nothing about it.
Very busy but after waiting a while we got to talk to a very knowledgeable lady who did all she could to help. Unfortunately they were unable to help due to our unique location.
47 EC for 7 days of calls and 8G of data. We were supposed to be able to text, but it's not working and I didn't bother going back. Good price for peace of mind!
No hassle at all, subscribed to home broadband very smoothly, and 2 days later, it was installed.
Digicel have to be the WORST! When it comes to customer service. There is no phone number to get in contact with them, yet there are land line phone present in their stores. After waiting an hour in a line that only allows 5 people at one time in store, there was no one in customer service to talk to. After 20 minutes sitting there, had to just walkout cause unless your not paying or toppping up your query is not that IMPORTANT!
Came here as a tourist and wanted a temporary SIM, the team were super helpful and polite. I’d highly recommend using this network if you are here on holiday in Antigua
I have been with Digicel since 2008, thats over 14 years. They have made several important upgrades since then. I don't have a problem with getting service and the data speeds are quite fast especially in town. I highly recommend there mobile service. The rates are not that bad.
My experience was okay. But the length of time waiting line is too long. But u have a machine u can use if u know ur account number

Customer Service needs to be improved
Digicel customer support office to pay bills, take new connection etc. Close to grocery stores, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station etc. Conveniently located with a lot of parking.
The Purcell security guard was rude and disrespectful and he lets customers cut other customers
Very clean and well organized but the internet service is the worst please don't use their internet service it is a big RIP off
Awful. Every time I have to go here it's a nightmare. I spent 2hrs in the line just to get in. It's not just because of covid either. It's just terrible customer service.
The service was not good at all. No preparations was in place real bad Service. They need to upgrade their system more workers needed.
The reps that answer the phones each time I call are all very Pleasant and are always extremely helpful at this branch.
Most stuff there are helpful, you may find someone that doesn’t know what they doing in there and get you the run around and excuses for why you dint get the full data or bill is wrong. But I been with them over 10 years and no major complains.
Data and voice service is now awful. Connections lag and customer service never has a solution. Disappointed with the "bigger better network" to the max.
