This place is clean, well lit, offers fresh products, has reasonably prices, and has friendly staff and security. But they had no tampons. Other than that, everything was great. They have an ATM machine.

Very expensive in general (alcohol being an exception). Nearly always slow going at the tills.most frustrating is that Monday over Tuesday every week there are lots of unavailable products.
Been no reasonable quality peanuts for over a month.

Great selection of food, pricey but better selection than most stores. Waitrose food is stocked here.

Lots of items out of stock, not a very big range available but its ok. Packers and staff helpfull to get goods to docks.

If you want to shop in one place for all your needs, then this is the store for you. They have a wide range of products along with some UK brands.
They also have in store cooked food a choice of local, pizza and Asian dishes.

Great place where you can find anything you want from shampoo to fresh meat, organic eggs, fresh veggies.

Linked to Waitrose. Some products are bargains (duty free), others are very expensive but it's good to be able to get UK Cheddar etc. Reasonable fresh meat abd veg selection.

Everyone is so helpful. I stay just a few minutes away when I'm in Antigua, and am in this store daily. Has what I need, and love the freedom it gives me on my vacation.

Great range, lots of choice, but sometimes very awkwardly organised. Be it that the cashiers have to go to some other staff member with some vouchers to have them signed off or that - just coming from the cash register - you have to have the proper payment for alcoholic drinks signed off by security guards.

A well-appointed store that caters to locals and tourists. There aren't many beer choices, but wine and spirits selection is very good.

As one of the only grocery stores in Jolly, the Epicurean is perfectly located right by the main gate and filled with all of your needs. It has local bread and imported bread, all the bells and whistles you could ever need to cook a meal. However, use caution when buying anything imported or foreign to the island. I bought some Jaffa Cake Oreos, because they don't have them where I come from. When I opened the package, the oreos were incredibly stale and tasted off. When I checked the packaging, the oreos had one day left before the best before date. A real shame, so make sure to check the expiration date before you take anything home.

Very friendly staff have all that you mighty need but the only thing is i can not redeem my poibts ag this location. This need to be rectify. Good customer service.

They offer a very wide range of grocery items, both local and international brands. Parking, shopping convenience and check out speed is an A+.
It isn't the cheapest supermarket on island but you'll have a pleasant shopping experience.

Very well stocked with all health and beauty products. A very friendly pharmacy staff. A very neat and tidy place.

Best supermarket we found on the island, plenty of foreign foods available. Pricey, but so we're most of the alternatives. They require photo ID if you pay by card.

Very good supermarket and if you are looking for Uk Waitrose products there are many. Easy parking. Air conditioning inside

Poor quality of products, I find expired eggs and kefir.
Be careful at the counter they tends to overcharge.

We live in Jolly Harbour and shop at EPI 1 or 2x per week. One particular incident stands out that tells me the staff are dedicated and responsible. I bought a case of 24 cans of Martens beer. At the cash, the clerk ran the price through as 24 individual cans. I questioned her and she said that the case price was not in the computer. I paid the bill and then asked to speak with the manager. She seemed very responsible and confirmed with the clerk that the price was not in "the system". She checked her computer and confirmed that the case price was in the main EPI in St Johns but not the JH EPI. NEXT time I went in, the case price was in the JH EPI computer. What more could a customer ask for?

One area for improvement would be to have the correct pricing on the store shelves.but that is difficult with the vast turnover of items they have. Instead, one suggestion would be to put a price scanner in the middle of the store for customers to check prices. Pork and chicken are extremely good value for the money.

1st time on the island. Epicurean is convenient and offers a variety of brands. I guess the prices are fair and the hours are great. We've visit the store daily for all of our needs!
