Find this place needs massive improvement on customer service. Really don't enjoy going here to sort out my phone and Internet.

Real poor Internet speeds, slow, disappointed. Could barely load 480p videos most times

Staff are good willing to help, customer service is unreal prepare you will spend half day there and probably go back few times and nothing get done until you find someone Who is in charge to help you if you lucky.

Why does it take so long for a customer to be waiting online to get help with their service? We need to get better with this.
