Antigua's Donkey Sanctuary Humane Society

The donkeys were so cute very friendly and cuddly just wanted there photos taken. Staff are very chatty and kind made you feel welcome. We even got to walk the stray dogs that was a bonus to help them out. If you are on holiday/visiting antigua I would highly recommend a visit doesn't cost anything just a donation if you wish.

Great cause and the staff were passionate however the Donkeys were clearly hungry with NO grass to graze on and walking around in dried mud. One was even eating its own dung. What is needed is locals who cut grass on holiday resorts to bring their cuttings here. They need food. They are friendly but in distress due to hunger. If planning a visit then grab handfuls of grass.
