50My husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and was hoping to have a beautiful but quiet night. We felt very unwelcome by the owners. My hubby's meal was partly burned. It just wasn't a very nice atmosphere or experience and we were ready to walk. Thanks however, to Sasha who was absolutely sweet to us doing her very best to make sure we were taken care of; you were great and only because of you and your service to us. Locals or not you guys need to do better because you never know who you might be entertaining. Sasha thanks again for everything. You are awesome!
Went for breakfast and we were the only people in the restaurant. Ordered scrambled eggs. 50 mins later was told no eggs but someone had gone to get some so sit tight. Coffee served with UHT milk.
Bad experoemce with cook insistong that he cooked meat as ordeted was extremeley arrogant, totally dissatisfoed, cook publicly humiliated us will never go back or recommend again disgraceful lobster bisque soup tastes like cream of mushroom soup ugh disingenuous apology, still insulting, no class would give zero stars, dropping down to one fromm two dont bother replyong, you have already established what kind of people you are
We were told it is French restaurant but more like Italian. Very slow service as only one main waitress might also be the owner. The pizza was mediocre. Not enough tomatoes sauce and came lukewarm on the table. Lots of customers waiting. Live band was good. We cancelled dessert as we didn’t want to wait. Escargot was good tho. Taxiboat provided was also good.
Nice place, food is average, not bad, not good. Disappointing when you think you’re going to a French brasserie!
Tragically underwhelming and severely overpriced. Food was good, atmosphere was nice and staff pleasant and interactive but nothing special about the place to afford the extra price of the menu.
You’ll love the location with the amazing waterside scenery and the unique touch to the furniture compliments it well. We went for a quick bite and got pizza from the menu and it was amazing! Prices are relatively affordable and the owner was very friendly while serving the table. The cocktails were good as well and were pretty strong. We promised to return and have something else from the menu to experience the real French cuisine.
What used to be Catherine's Cafe is now owned and run by a great couple all the way from Normandy. Providing authentic french cuisine with some Carribbean flavours and very good pizzas! (All good value) Relaxed but stylish atmosphere and an amazing location. (They run a boat ferry from the nearby bays.) Their breads and pastries are worth a special mention and they will deliver in season. I wish them well.
One of the best places to dine in English Harbour. My husband and I really enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Owner Isabelle was great to chat with and takes care of her customers very well! Highly recommended you stop in if you are in Antigua! They even offer a free water taxi from Nelson’s Dockyard.
We ate here many times over the two months we were here in Antigua. We also bought croissants and pain au chocolat almost every day as they came around to the boat or dock. We love La Brasserie, from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner. The food is excellent, the servers are good, and we appreciate the authentic French atmosphere and tastes! Highly recommend!
Very tasty and authentic French food. I've just had the best Escargot and my main was cooked to perfection as well. A very friendly and nice atmosphere with great views of amazing boats in complete tranquility. They have a good wine selection and great dessert options.
I totally recommend this place. The coffee here is great as well.
We spent many great mornings and evenings here drinking cold cokes beside the water.single item we tried was delicious. Our particular favorites where the Lobster? Club and the tomato and mozzarella salad
Isabelle and the team were so friendly, had great vibes and made us feel right at home
Just opened up again. Fabulous food and drinks. Lovely host and so welcoming. You'll only need one of their strong signature cocktails!
Lovely restaurant on the water front.
We had a great dinner experience! From the charming host welcoming us on the dinghy dock, to friendly staff and of course- Great food! Every dish we had was spectacular!
Definitely worth the visit!
Great place!
Had dinner here and enjoyed every bite!
Pizzas are amazing, but the menu Is full of delicious surprises!
The place has lovely atmosphere on the waterfront, And a charming owner.
You can tie your dinghy outside.
Don't miss it:)
Wonderful meal in a magnificent setting. Excellent food, dockside with a view of some fantastic yachts, including 3 J-Class! Superb service, they even picked us up and returned us in their water taxi.
Best croissants and pastries in the Caribbean, and I’ve tried as many as I can get my hands on. The raisin croissants are particularly delicious. They take orders ahead of time if you text them on WhatsApp. Lovely at to start the day.
We had a wonderful lunch here with our daughter. The location is beautiful and the food is delicious. I am gluten free and dairy free and they were willing and able to accommodate.
Great food, lovely warm welcome and a really nice laid back atmosphere. Very happy to keep coming back!
Reasonable price, great location so close to tourist attractions, Nelson Docks and Shirley heights. If your arriving by boat you can just sail into the marina and walk to this restaurant.
Food is very tasty and friendly staff. No reasons I can think of not to visit this place
